These photos were taken in NY during the day too. Thats a photo of Times Square. At 11Am Oct 13 2010, they released dozens of yellow balloons that the City of Madrid had launched over Times Square in a campaign to promote tourism in the Gran Via, which this year celebrates one hundred years.
